CATULLO OLIVE OIL

An unprecedented encounter between different varieties, an expression of territories that are sometimes distant from each other, this oil offers intense sensations in combination mainly with earthy dishes. Of varying olive varieties depending on the vintage, this year it was produced with Peranzana and Razzola variety olives.
It is characterized by medium fruity, herbaceous taste and an artichoke aftertaste
It is particularly suitable for white and red meats, seafood and land salads.
