Typical Ligurian pasta in its traditional shapes, strongly linked to the territory. The artisanal processing, carried out in the Genoese hinterland, of the high quality 100% Italian semolina and slow drying at low temperature produce a genuine and tasty pasta. The bronze drawing gives the pasta the unmistakable roughness that allows the sauces to bind perfectly.
In addition to the traditional white shapes, we find the variations, typical of Ligurian artisan preparation, based on chestnut flour and flavored with Ligurian flavors, lemon, basil and marjoram. The tricolor version cannot be missing, which makes the table cheerful and colorful.
