Description
The anchovy is “a small blue fish”, whose name derives from the Latin “apiua” which means “small fish”.
Our excellent anchovies, caught in the Mediterranean Sea, are preserved in cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
They can be enjoyed alone or used as an ingredient to give a tasty taste of the sea in many preparations of first and second courses.
